Another round....

I'll never get tired of saying THANK YOU to all those who have listened to the show!

Got to talk to Mr. "Robotech Controversy" himself, Doug Bendo. It was a good, civil and engaging conversation. We have our own styles when it comes to how to approach Robotech in our podcasts, and we may not see eye to eye on certain topics, but that's the diversity of opinion for you...at the end of the day though,  we are Robotech fans...it was a great experience I feel for all parties...and we BOTH know that we will have our detractors...and that's just the way it is...how does that change things?...not a damn bit!...LOL!

I love SHOUT OUTS!....the more the merrier!

When it comes to opinions...yes JT is very opinionated about Robotech, but if I recall I go over and over again that it's just one fan's opinion and I invite all opinions on the show, even the ones that disagree with me...(I should remember, as I recorded the episode!) why would I say diversity of opinion so many times?...go back and listen to episode 1....

Me uniting the fans?.....LOL!....I unite with those who want to unite(even if our opinions differ)...and then we pass it along to others...chain reaction...

How come no news, preparation or ANYTHING on Robotech's 25th anniversary on Robotech.com!...

Council of Robotech Fans????.....What will be the first edict...kiss your copy of The Shadow Chronicles?....and YES I did buy it....how was I supposed to know?

BREAKING NEWS: Pizza Hut is trying to get Robotech to take them back as a sponsor...disguised as Papa Johns....

MORE BREAKING NEWS: From RobotechX.com ...quote "Yes You can criticize HG on here without fear of being banned." unquote....THAT is refreshing!

If you were in a position to do so....what would you focus in the  Robotech franchise? There's a poll on the right, exercise your right to VOTE!

Anyone have any suggestions on how I approach the mecha in Robotech?..I'm not a techie....lol!

Got a peek at the Robotech.com forum's moderators rule book...."thou shall not take the name of thy Shadow Chronicles in vain....."...........creepy!

Gordon Ramsay should be brought in to "motivate" the boys at Harmony Gold...that abuse would be worse than what they get from the Robotech fans....but funny to watch!

ROBOTECH IS NOW "LEGALLY" ON YOUTUBE!! Hopefully, this in brings new fans...and reminds us current fans why we love it!

UPDATE 09/15/09 10:09PM: I have discovered a small "bug". At around 2:14 of the episode it starts to skip and that sucks because it's the part where I thank Karen (my gf) for all her support(luckily, she has already heard the episode)...just forward it a tad and it should be fine after that! Thanks for understanding!

Well we have arrived...a few days early!

My thoughts on the Shadow Chronicles, Tommy Yune and Harmony Gold's "management" of the Franchise. (and remember, it’s ONE fan’s opinion!)

The invitation to all of the fans that are tired of the BULL**** and just want to enjoy Robotech and have fun!

A little segment called "IN THE ROBOTECH SPOTLIGHT"...

Random thoughts after Episode 1...

- First podcast ever for me and I was really nervous doing this....you will notice....but it's an honest presentation with the passion behind it!

- Episode is a little over the hour mark...future episodes will be less...since it was the first...wanted to set how it's going to be....

- There is NO Robotech gospel!...fans will believe what fans want to believe!

- And I'll NEVER claim to be a Robotech expert!

- Diversity of opinion in a civil and respectful manner...nuff said!

- Don't forget guys, it's just one fan's opinion on Robotech. For me it's about looking at all sides of its history, the good and the bad....

- With the some of things I say in this episode I know I am going to have my detractors, even my haters. I don't have a problem if others see Robotech differently than me....but if you need to include that I should commit suicide simply because I don't agree with you...your simple solution is just NOT to listen.

- You know how many times I rerecorded this episode? Let's just say for a couple of weeks I would be happy with my recording it at 9 and just hate it by 5. LOL!

- The fan based productions, (Fan fics, fan art, fan movies, fan based websites)...YOU GUYS ARE THE FRANCHISE!

Remember, it's all about having fun and enjoying Robotech!

Update 09/12/09

Hi all!

Well Episode #1 has gone through its final editing....for the "NTH" time!....I've realized that podcasting does not necessarily mean perfection. You just have to go out there and do it.

I had to reload Episode 0 and I lost my stats. But thank you to all that have listened to it and to the subscribers of the show!

I'm really excited! Just a few more days!

Preview for Episode #1 will be my next post!
